    • Sign up as a member to start spending your rewards, or log-in if you already have an account Note: if you have only ever checked out as a 'guest' you do NOT have a Members' account and need to create one to spend your points See instructions below

      Get 5 points for every £1 spent

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REDEEMING POINTS

If you were already a member of our old reward programme, don’t worry, your points balance has been carried across. Your account log-in details will be the same (please make sure you only have ONE account with ONE email address or your points will be split across multiple accounts)

Please  note: to take advantage of the Birthday Points you will need to message us the date and month of your birthday

 

To redeem points as £££s off:

 

  • Click the Reward Points button on our home page

  • Sign-in if you were already a member with our old programme or Sign-up if you’ve only ever used guest checkout (your points will still be there as they are attached to the email you use to checkout with) and Ta-Da! You can now see how many points you have to spend - eg 500 points = £5

  • Choose your products and head to checkout, then...

  • ​Click the checkout button to be taken to the payment screen - the option to use points will not show until you reach your payment/address screen.  Wait for the payment screen to appear with the order overview. You should see the option to redeem points on the payment /order overview page

  • Choose how many points you wish to redeem 

  • ​And that's it!
