Postage
As much as we'd love to cover all the delivery charges, rising costs have made it impossible.
Below are the standard charges which are a contribution to the cost of postage & packing only - we cover the rest. Don't forget though, if you have some reward points to spend, these can often be more than what the postage charge is!
Standard charges:
£2.50 (under £15)
£2.95 (£15 - £30)
£3.50 (£30 - £45)
£4 (over £45)
We use Royal Mail Tracked for all parcels unless you request DPD:
DPD to your nearest drop-shop is available at £4.50 DPD home delivery is available at £7
**Free delivery to our local area (within an 8-mile radius of Thorpe Willoughby, YO8 9NA)**

Do you accept National Book Tokens?
Yes! National Book Token cards can be redeemed (not the paper ones)! Just email us the long number and we will convert to a digital voucher for you OR better still we will add the value to your reward points balance

You earn reward points on every purchase
£1 = 5 points and we have double-point events several times a year
You can earn points when you check out as a guest/visitor or member
You can only spend points if you have signed up as a member in the Members' Area
